Terms of Service
The terms and conditions governing the use of TrueLine Ltd services and platforms.

1. Scope of Services
TrueLine Ltd ("Company", "we", "us") provides digital intelligence, anti-piracy enforcement, copyright protection, and brand integrity services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, case management systems, and enforcement operations.
By engaging our services or accessing our platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Service Description
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- IPTV piracy detection and monitoring
- Live stream protection and real-time takedown
- Digital content monitoring and piracy detection
- Copyright enforcement and takedown operations
- Trademark protection and brand monitoring
- Evidence collection and case building
- Legal escalation support and documentation
The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements between TrueLine Ltd and the client.
3. Client Obligations
Clients engaging our services agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding content ownership and rights claims
- Maintain valid documentation of intellectual property rights
- Respond promptly to verification requests and information queries
- Not misrepresent ownership or rights status of any content
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction
- Use our services solely for legitimate content protection purposes
Failure to comply with these obligations may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrueLine Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from third-party actions or platform decisions
- Delays in enforcement actions due to platform response times
- Content that is re-uploaded after successful takedown operations
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our platforms, systems, methodologies, and technologies remain the exclusive property of TrueLine Ltd. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platforms solely for the purpose of receiving our services.
Clients retain all rights to their own content and intellectual property. By engaging our services, clients grant us a limited license to access, analyze, and act upon their content solely for enforcement purposes.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the course of service delivery. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Case details and investigation findings
- Enforcement strategies and methodologies
- Client business information and content catalogs
- Technical systems and platform integrations
Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of services for a period of five (5) years.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with thirty (30) days written notice. TrueLine Ltd reserves the right to terminate services immediately if:
- The client breaches these Terms or any service agreement
- The client provides false or misleading information regarding content ownership
- The client uses our services for unlawful purposes
- Payment obligations are not met within the specified terms
Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
For international clients, we may agree to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as specified in individual service agreements.
9. Amendments
TrueLine Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients with at least thirty (30) days notice. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
